I had a full robotic knee replacement done 1 week prior to visit, but needed help and reassurance due to bumping the affected leg, causing more pain. I also required guidance as to exercises to be done. Very impressed. Highly recommended.

I've been seeing Naz once a week for almost 3 months now and I'm finally seeing results after an injury I sustained a few years ago. She is passionate, experienced and knowledgeable and it shows in her determination to not only ascertain the cause of the problem, but to find a solution. I'd highly recommend. Very welcoming - warm reception. I didnt have to wait for attention. Everything was explained fully and professionally. I always felt at ease. The use of the crutches were demonstrated well and I felt confident in starting to "practise".
We alse received courteous and helpful answers to other matters we raised not specifically related to my condition.

A little dissappointing. Came for a sports massage, for my calves and mentioned this. They were very stiff and wasnt able to run due to this. Unfortunately, when mentioning that I wanted the massage to be on my calves. I got a suprised reaction from the therapist who seemed to not want to massage my calves for an hour. Eventually, most of the time was spend on parts that were fine and I currently still feel the same stiffness in my calves.
Would recommend the one in Seapoint over this one.

gave me massage and lightForce Deep Tissue Laser Therapy.
